ABOUT THE BOOK
Fitness as is known the world over has been felt since the inception of humanity. In India the historical evidence of few, Hanuman (Ramayana), Bhim (Mahabharata) and also a recent few during Mughals and others.
Keeping in mind the motto of physical fitness through weight training, Sunil Bharihoke began to work work in this direction and prepared the present book The Gym (A Book on Health Club) more comprehensive but still understandable to the common-man who is not by profession a sports coach or a fitness professional. The author has also tried to keep it as short as possible.
The book is designed for people who are interested to enter into the gym/health business. Becoming a fitness/health professional requires more than just being fit. It comes from understanding exercise and how it affects the body, leadership quality, management and communication skills.
The Gym (A Book on Health Club) does not attempt to cover all fitness gym problems nor does it include all facts about each of its topics. This book is designed primarily as a guide to your good judgement and common sense. Lastly, hopefully it fulfils its purpose and your needs.
